This past week has been one awesome week!!! It started off with our crazy photoshoot last friday with our entire full crew down at the studio. The place sure was one crowded mess - hangers after hangers of clothes scheduled for the shoot, 'done' items strewn over the racks as the models tried to rush into their next suit, dozens of shoes (since our lovely models brought their own pairs, some even brought multiple pairs!!!), accessories, our own personal bags. I should really take a picture of how messy we get during the shoots for y'all to witness next time!!!

Yes, speaking of the shoot, ALL SEVEN MODELS WERE PRESENT!!! FULL CREW FTW alright. That also includes a special guest model we had for the shoot. Tsktsk, I shall keep it a secret for now. Anyway, this mega spectacular shoot that I'm so boasting about right now will only launch sometime next week. In the meantime, feast your eyes on the wonderful pieces we have in store for you in our latest collection (Which btw was supposed to be the highlight of this post. I meant to do a preview but got too carried away updating y'all on what's been up for us lately.)



See a new face? Yes, presenting to you, LOVELLE!!! <3 Doesn't she look so sweet? (She doesn't like to channel 'cute' nor 'sweet' but I shall nonetheless describe her like that 'cos she really looks so awesome.) I am really so thankful to have her on board our team and sincerely hope that she'll enjoy her time with us. Well, her presence during a subsequent photoshoot (the mega one coming soon) is perhaps an affirmation already! :D This collection is all about SUMMER. I know pre-fall is almost due but I just couldn't resist bring y'all all these cute colourful shorts. Afterall, we're still in tropical sunny Singapore and these items are sure to be functional 365 days of the year!!! :D I gotta head out for a sponsorship fitting right now. So, enjoy the photos first and I promise I'd continue this post later :D

This picture's so cute! The two of them look like they've been best friends forever or something. And I have no idea how Lovelle came up with that pose but I think they look adorable. Haha.

Telepathy or what? (Look at their hands.) And what was even funnier was that when they had to pose, they actually did the exact same thing so many times! It started off with us (photographer and I) bursting out into laughter when they actually tilted their heads towards the same side. Then when we pointed that out to them, their next pose was also identical. Epic.

I love this dress so much that I even kept one for myself, in mint. Then I realised I made such a bad choice 'cos I've got so many items in green/mint shades!!! Mustard is really pretty too so oh well, I guess I just have to swallow my regret! Haha.

Anthea Lace Rimmed Shorts

I am secretly such a big fan of lace. And thus, these shorts also. It's just sad that M isn't the biggest fan of lace, which I always find to be such a big paradox because of how he likes girls to look dainty and girly. Isn't lace supposed to be the 'girliest' thing ever?

Belinda Pleated Maxi Skirt

Comes in Pretty Pink, Mustard & Electric Blue (as seen on Lovelle)

Gotta love all the colours that this skirt comes in. The colours are so yummy and they make me so happy. I guess that's what summer is all about. It's so perfect for that lazy day out at the beach or at school when you don't feel in the mood to wear covered shoes or heels 'cos the skirt pairs so extremely well with that classic pair of comfort flip flops we all own.

Peggy Chiffon Toga

Comes in Mint, Baby Pink & Orange (as seen on Lovelle)

I honestly didn't expect this dress to turn out so lovely. The colours, the cut, the simplicity. I love how this dress plays on simpicity without looking sloppy. The slight details on the toga sleeve makes the dress so adorable and ideal for a simple day at school.

Veronica Checkered Cullotes

Comes in Blue, Cream, Red & Light Blue (as seen on Lovelle)

Huge fan of shorts? I am for sure one. I love the versatility of shorts because they can be matched accordingly to achieve different looks. I often go to school with a basic tank tucked in a pair of shorts paired with my favourite weave belts when I feel to lazy to dress up. And if I ever need to meet someone for any appointments after school, I just simply slip out of my flip flops and throw on a pair of heels plus a scarf/jacket and I'm good to go. Seriously, shorts are a must-have in this climate of ours here in sunny Singapore.

Alrite, as promised, I'm here to deliver the continuation to this post. So I also added more pictures and also my random comments about them above!

Anyhow, remember we had our DAY OUT WITH MARCELLIE @ SCAPE event recently?

It was such a huge success and I thank each and everyone of you who came over to our booth. We certainly enjoyed ourselves meeting all you people and helping y'all out at the booths. Our models also came down to help! Although they couldn't manage to stay the full day, we really appreciated them making the effort to pop by and pitch in 'cos honestly, they were in no way obliged to do so.

Winning smile from Bao <3

This cheeky girl actually caught me taking a picture and immediately went all smiles. Talk about models being ever ready for the camera. Haha. Anyway, this girl had to work but still came down to support us. We felt the love. Thanks Bao!!!

Someone paying careful attention to the many customers who visited our booth!

Alright, maybe not. Haha. Ok I'm kidding. JJ was in fact, the first to arrive to help us out. He was like exclaiming over how he had never ever sold anything before and there, he was all proud to be making all those sales that day. Haha. Thanks awesome boy for coming around to help us out!!!

Beloved Maverlyn. I know she looks really pissed off in this picture but this is in NO WAY a reflection of how enthusiastic this girl was in helping out that day! Giving out flyers, choosing the nicest pieces to display at our booth, entertaining customers, she was so extremely eager and pleasant. We were so glad to have her around because we know she is in the midst of her busy preparations for her major exams. Thanks for sacrificing your precious study time to come help us Mave!!! <3

That was our Day Out With Marcellie! Speaking of events, we had our charity flea sometime back and it sure was a success. Managed to raise about $300 for Melrose Home from the sale of preloved items. And we sure are so happy to have been able to be of help!

I think this post has been long enough and so I shall retire to the comfort of my bed now. It's been such an awesome week for Marcellie and I am so looking forward to more awesome weeks.
