Hidden on the 7th floor of Illuma is a restuarant helmed by Chef Daniel - Chef Daniel's Kitchen. It's a spacious restaurant and the glass windows make the dining experience more pleasant and you are able to soak in the sights of the sky garden.
Instead of sky-rocket prices, the prices here are pretty affordable. If you are coming for the first time, try their lunch set that offers reasonable food at reasonable prices.
We went here some time back and since there were two of us, we decided to order something different so that we can try more variety.
As usual, my favourite dish is beef steak so here's grilled sirlon steak. This is definitely not the best steak I have eaten and I was a little disappointed since this was supposed to be a nice restaurant. This made me think, is it always true that quality will diminish when cafe, restaurants or F&B outlets expand?
E decided to get grilled salmon pasta.
To end the meal, we had red bean and coconut mousse cake. Those cute yellow things are like yellow pearls.
